Service Description
Let me help make your event extra special with the addition of live music! I am a professional musician with many years of performance experience. Classical, pop, or jazz music are available, and I take requests! Weddings, parties, proposal, and more! Please reach out with questions!
Cancellation Policy
Fee schedule: 50% of fee is due at booking to reserve date. Remainder of fee + cost of any sheet music purchased by Ms. Ross is due one month prior to event. Payment accepted by cash, check, or through Venmo @thrivemusicservices (2% service fee applies). Grace period: A 15-minute grace period will be given at no additional charge if ceremony/reception lasts longer than time listed above. After 15 minutes, a fee of $25/15-minutes of services will be charged (after confirming with responsible party that extra time is requested). Cancelation policy: If event is canceled one month or more prior to event, full amount paid to date will be returned. If event is canceled between 2 weeks and one month prior to event, 50% of amount paid to date will be returned. If less than 2 weeks' notice is given of cancelation, no refund is required. At Sarah Kate Ross' discretion, partial refund may be given. No refunds will be given for sheet music purchased for the event.
